Deliveries in Kenya

We can deliver to your home address or to an alternative delivery address, if supplied during the checkout process.

All orders are despatched via Posta Kenya and deliveries are made between Monday-Friday during working hours, excluding bank holidays. We aim to despatch all Kenyan orders within 1-5 days.

Parcels sent to mainland addresses within Kenya will be sent free of charge if the total order value is greater than KSh3000. If the total order value is less than KSh3000, the following delivery charges will be applied, based on the order weight:

International Deliveries

We accept orders for deliveries to global destinations and ship worldwide.

Most orders are despatched the next working day and we aim to deliver all international orders within 5-10 days.

For all orders sent to Africa, delivery charges are applied, based on the order weight:

For the rest of the world, delivery charges are applied, based on the order weight:

Returns

Any lost, stolen or damaged orders will be replaced, provided you notify us within 30 days of placing your order.
